Just because she's dressed in purply violet, doesn't mean she can't kick your ass. (and I mean that in the best possible way, of course.)
Well, this is Starfire from Teen Titans, one of my favorite semi-non-anime shows. (well.. it's sort of anime... but sort of american too... so yeeeah.) I've been on a super-hero kick lately, and feel like drawing the entire team, if the motivation lasts, lol. I wasn't sure where to put this image, because I sketched, inked and colored this with markers, except for the background and highlights on photoshop and painter... Since the main figure was made with traditional means, I put it in traditional. (Can you tell I'm tired and haven't got anything original / witty to say?   ) I'm actually pretty happy with this... it's one of the most successful poses I've done so far... hopefully I can keep this up lol. Starfire isn't necessarily my favorite character, because I really like all of them... but she's really fun to draw, I find. Colorful, and forces me to stray from my usual color patterns. (Green and Purple are usually my arch-nemeses... this makes me face my fears lol  ) I hope you guys like it. ^_^  Oh.. I don't know who the Teen Titans belong to.. but just as a disclaimer, Starfire doesn't belong to me. It's fanart. .............. Duh.  (Ah, someon ehas just informed me that they belong to DC comics. I wasn't sure which one it was, DC or Marvel... so yeah, DC it is!) |

You have FAILED where others have failed to fail before.
I mean really... I was right there when it popped up, and I am still like 3rd or 4th or something...
That just means your art rocks, which of course it does.
But anywho... the coloring is awesome-ness, pose is too!
I particually like how you can't see her pupils, kinda makes her look super angry.
Also just wanted to say i love the show... GO TITANS!
