The three faces of the Senshi. Hotaru, Sailor Saturn and Mistress 9. (not necessarily in that order)

I'd been feeling like drawing a Sailor Moon-related fanart lately... and I polled who was the favorite among the D.A. population, heh.... Hands down, the mysterious and deadly Saturn won, so here it is, for you guys, wooteh! This is quite possibly the happiest I've ever been with a Moonie fanart...I'm quite pleased with the result. For once, it ended up looking similarly to what I had imagined in my mind, hehe. I wasn't sure what category to put this in... because though I did do all the coloring on the figures in marker, I did some lighting, as well as added a background via photoshop. (I made the background myself.. which is why it might not look entirely convincing as a space scene, lol... Though not bad, I guess.)

Anyway... Sailor Saturn's character is definately the most interesting of the series, in my opinion, though for some reason, I don't find her as approachable and likeable as the other senshi, which is why she isn't my favorite, though I appreciate her depth and development the most of all. She's got some issues, yep. heheh... *twitch*

Anyway.. I know I've been spouting out a lot of deviations lately.. but I think it's mostly because I've been working on bits and pieces here and there, and finishing stuff all at once, lol... So I'm sorry if I seem to be spamming y'all, mwahehe.. And I won't be able to do this much, since school starts on Monday, so... I'm getting it out of my system, hah. Anyway.. hope you like it.

p.s. For you hardcore moonheads out there... I'm aware that her scythe isn't entirely acurate.. I didn't have reference when I was drawing it. Also, I made her supers uniform, because I don't like the big ugly shoulder thingies she has, otherwise, lol. Personal preference, I guess.
