(And then, kiss your ass goodbye.) ---> For some reason, it doesn't seen to work unless you full view it..... *sigh* Hehe. She might not look like it, but I like to think of mermaids as dangerous creatures... Beautiful, and lethal. This is my mermaid character, Cyelle, contained in a tank of sorts. (Yeah so help me, I couldn't make it look like a tank... even though I wanted it REALLY subtle...) I was trying to give her a borderline psychotic expression originally, an unfortunate side-effect of captivity, but I toned it down a bit, because she looked a little too weird. Now she's just grinning mysteriously, with her hand against the glass, because she knows she'll be out soon... And when she is, though her time will be brief, she'll make her captors regret it. (Oh, dramatic.) Yay for markers as a base and digital coloring, mwahaha.. I like this one a lot better than my last mermaid piece. I'm quite happy with this, although it's sort of a work in progress. In the future, I'd like to add a more detailed background, including what's outside the tank. This took me a while.. but I think I'm sorta getting the hang of digital coloring, though I still need a lot of work  .... Anyway,  I hope you like it! (prismacolor markers+cg) |
