Ok... now that that's done.....  SQUEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Wow, I never do that.) This re-kindling of my affection for these two started 2 weeks ago when I watched "Castle Beyond the Looking Glass" again.. and I pondered "Jeez.. I haven't drawn any Inu and Kagome fanart in a while... I've gotten a wee bit better, I wonder what they would look like NOW in my (so-called) style?" And here it is. I'm actually really happy with it, even though it took me an ungodly amount of time. It was originally supposed to be a re-do of my "The red haori" pic... but it turned out to have a life of its own. THOSE DAMNED FLOWERS LOOK CRAPPY FOR ALL THE TIME I SPENT, THOSE INGRATES!!  Anyway. Yeah, I'm a big softie. I love these two so damned much. Yeah, lots of pink, lots of undertoned naughtiness, but I DON'T CARE! I love exploiting that haori, man... It's like a bicycle built for two... only... no wheels.. and uh... lots of fabric.....  Yeah. Ok, I'm really tired, but I hope you like it. (YEAH!! TOTAL CG, BABY!!! *for once, lol*) Dedicated to D3h Fan-Dumb. *Yeah, you know you're dumb. So am I.* (I'm totally going to get pwnd for that.) It's not perfect, but it was fun. Erm.. I know this is probably not going to happen, since it's fanart... but I did work legitimately hard on this.. so any impressions about the coloring would be welcome. Thanks! |
